A Blue Moon? We Weren’t Blue At All and Neither Was The Moon!

You humans are so funny with your constant comparisons, weighings, judgements, and compartmentalizing!

And blue? It was lovely and golden!

Don’t you get tired of always thinking?

We Mers enjoy life far more than you seem to, and this Wintry day you have deemed your “New Year’s Eve” is no different to us than any other day, but for the fact that we deplore our noisy use of fireworks - we instead adore the stars and the heavenly sky. They are so marvelously beautiful on their own! No adornments, no other distractions needed.

We Mers eschew calenders, weights, measures, and other stupidities that only minimize your existence.

Is it your constant need to feel in control that drives your silly attempts at owning Nature?

No wonder you humans have such a need to dilute your days and nights with stimulants and alcohol!

What a waste!

Don’t you know that life is brief?

And so, so very precious?

And so, under the gorgeous full moon, we’ve stayed far from shore and your noise that frightens fish and ruins the sleep of all other animals including the humans who merely had wished to sleep through the cold night, and we’ve had a wonderful time, just living and loving under the very full moon.

Try being natural some time - you’ll love it!
