What is green ?

Well, first, my world - the ocean is green. And also, your world is, ideally, green. Trees, plants, hillsides, meadows, forests, jungles, all are green.

Green is the color of renewal, of Spring, of LIFE.

That's why it's spoken of as the color of eco, of saving our environment, even of money, which is a free-flowing element, like the sea. The color of life and love is green.

In the season of renewal, it's great to think about Spring cleaning of our bodies, first, and then of our homes. The Mers always eat great vegan food, so our systems are clear, and if you do, then yours is, but if you eat bad foods that clog your system, think about going to a health food store and getting a cleanse product. It will help you feel as good as Mers do !

Of course, to stay energetic, youthful, energetic and healthy, eat vegan foods always.

And for your homes - please, for all of our sakes - use only eco, green products in everything you buy.

I know most green-minded humans go to their health food stores for all their purchases.

That's great!

Meanwhile, will you go out and have some fun? Every day, like us, you should schedule some play time, preferably with a pet. I have noticed that far too many of you, even those who walk daily at the shore, don't really stretch or allow themselves to be joyous, or to run and play!

We Mers swim quickly and chase each other for fun all the time, at any age, just like your little kids do - but we do it all our lives! Certain times of day, like around sunset, we're often mistaken for large fish flipping our tails near the coastlines of the world, where we're doing acrobatics, playing our own games and just expressing our glee at being alive!

I wish I could encourage everyone - especially the grown ups, who are so sullen, to run, skip, and play!

Why not?
